All items purchased from M&T Systems are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Without exception, all product orders require payment in full as dictated by the terms and conditions stipulated in the accepted Purchase Order between the buyer and M&T Systems. Exception: No buyer's purchase order "Terms and Conditions" stipulations can supercede M&T Systems own policy in these matters. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that can not, or will not, meet these conditions of purchase.

M&T Systems and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, M&T Systems does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by M&T Systems itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
