Custom Product Development and Assembly

Although it is not our primary focus at M&T Systems, we will occasionally take on custom projects as time allows. Since this is a sideline to our normal Polycold refrigeration repair business, we won't always be the fastest, but we will strive to deliver a quality built product made to your specifications.

Our People and Resources:
Many of the people that make up our company come from very diverse backgrounds, and have personally been involved in many high technology fields of interest. Our staff has experience ranging from refrigeration, tig welding, brazing, silver soldering, machining, metal fabrication, electrical system wiring, heat exchanger assembly, and complete vacuum system design. We can work from your plans, or may even be able to assist you with your design process.

Our shop is equipped with a Helium Mass Spectrometer, Polyurethane Foaming Equipment, oxy-acetylene torches, Tig Welders, Drill Presses, Tube Bending and Coiling Tools, 230 VAC, and 460 VAC 3 phase power. We also have local access to custom machining facilities, sheet metal shops, professional quality painting, and powder coating.
